YES WE DO WORK WITH LANDLORDS AND ESTATE AGENTS IN LONDON. WE HAVE GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEM AND DO OUR BEST TO CARRY ON WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP.

I NEED MY APPLIANCE REPAIRED ASAP, DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?

IF YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE TO BE REPAIRED URGENTLY WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ATTEND THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IN MOST CASES WE CAN COME OUT ON THE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY GUARANTEED.

WOULD THERE BE A SECOND CALL OUT CHARGE IF YOU NEED TO ATTEND THE APPLIANCE TWICE, FOR EXAMPLE IF THE PART NEEDS TO BE ORDERED?

WE DON’T CHARGE CALL-OUT FEE TWICE IF WE NEED TO GO AND GET PARTS BUT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF £20 ADDED.

DOES THE ENGINEER CARRY PARTS WITH HIM AND CAN FIX THE APPLIANCE ON THE SPOT OR WILL HE NEED TO ORDER THEM AND COME BACK ANOTHER TIME?

ALL OF OUR ENGINEERS CARRY SPARE PARTS WITH THEM WHICH THEY MAY USE IN REPAIRING THE APPLIANCE. ENGINEERS CAN’T CARRY ALL OF THE PARTS WITH THEM THOUGH. IN MOST CASES AN ENGINEER WOULD REPAIR THE APPLIANCE THERE AND THEN, BUT IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES A SPARE PART MAY NEED TO BE ORDERED AFTER THE APPLIANCE IS DIAGNOSED.
